Organized by the General Council of the Judiciary and the Government of Cantabria, is co-directed by TSJC president and general director of the Legal Service of the Government of Cantabria, Ana Sanchez Lamelas.

The President of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cantabria (TSJC),Monsignor_Santiago_Garcia_Aracil_saysr, Cesar Tolosa, and Justice Minister of the Presidency and the regional government,PSIB_ensures_that_the_Platformn, Jose Vicente Mediavilla, will present tomorrow the IX Course on the administrative court that, on this occasion, addressed the alternative mechanisms for resolving contentious disputes such as arbitration or mediation.
It will be the president of TSJC anyone taking part as a speaker next Friday to expose these procedural changes and their effects on the administrative court.
In this edition, the course focuses on alternatives to resolve conflicts and, since in the next few days to enter force on the procedural reforms that the Parliament has approved the launch of the new judicial office, the meeting will also serve to know that these legislative changes will have impact on the contentious-administrative organs.
